What a conversion includes is the whole swap — we tear out the old grass, then bring in decorative rock, drought-tolerant plants, and drip irrigation to keep them going on almost no water, with artificial turf in the spots you still want green underfoot.
It’s the on-brand desert answer, and usually the fastest way to cut a summer water bill.
The rebate. The Southern Nevada Water Authority’s Water Smart Landscapes program pays a rebate for removing grass, and we help with the eligibility and paperwork side as part of the conversion — it’s the part most homeowners find fiddly and most contractors leave to you. The terms are SNWA’s, not ours, so we’ll tell you what currently applies to your yard rather than quote you a number we can’t honor.
