Is Unique-Scape & Design licensed and trustworthy?
Yes — active Nevada contractor license #0051392, family owned since 2001, 25 years in the Valley, with real Yelp and Birdeye reviews.
How long have you been in business?
Since 2001 — 25 years working the Las Vegas Valley.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes — bonded ($5,000) and insured, under Nevada license #0051392, classification C-10 Landscape Contracting. You can check the license yourself on the Nevada State Contractors Board's public record.
Do you do commercial work, or just residential?
Mostly residential, and we take on small commercial jobs too. Tell us what the property is and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

Getting an estimate
Do you charge for an estimate?
No — estimates are free, and so are the designs. There's no design fee and no charge for the visit that produces the plan.
How do I get started?
Call 702-498-8561 with your address and what you're after — we'll set up a look and give you a real estimate.
How long does a landscaping job take?
Most jobs are done in about a week. Bigger builds run longer — call with your address and we'll give you a real timeline for your yard.
What are your hours?
Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM — six days a week, Saturdays included. Closed Sundays.
What payment methods do you accept?
Check, Cash, Card and Zelle — whichever is easiest for you.
Walls & hardscape
How tall a retaining wall can you build?
Three feet is our limit — we don't build taller walls. Above that a wall becomes an engineered structure, and we'll tell you so up front rather than take the job. Plenty of Valley slopes come down neatly in two or three terraced runs, so it's worth a look first.
Do you install paver patios and walkways?
Yes — patios and walkways, in all the major paver brands. Driveways aren't a standard line for us, and we don't typically seal.
Turf & conversion
Can you replace my dead grass with turf?
Yes — we tear out the dead lawn and install artificial turf, or do a full drought-tolerant conversion with rock, desert plants and drip. See our turf and conversion pages.
Is there a rebate for removing grass?
Yes — the Southern Nevada Water Authority's Water Smart Landscapes rebate applies to grass removal, and we help with the eligibility and paperwork side as part of the conversion.
Repairs & same-day
My sprinklers stopped working — can you fix them?
Yes — leaks, valves, timers and irrigation lines are exactly what we repair, whoever installed the system.
My backyard floods when it rains — can you help?
Usually it's a grading problem — we regrade so water runs away from the house instead of pooling. See our drainage & grading page.
Can someone come today?
Usually not — our repairs and installs are scheduled. But if water is running right now, call 702-498-8561 and we'll talk you through shutting it off over the phone at no charge, then book the repair for the soonest we can get there.
